Statewide Maintenance Committee Meeting + MTA Flint tour

Description

The Michigan Transit Maintenance Committee is welcoming any interested participants from across statewide transit agencies (regardless of MPTA membership), as well as vendors interested to partner on training needs. This group meets regularly to review training needs and opportunities and discuss maintenance issues of interest for transit buses of all size. The committee is co-chaired this year by Rob Branch from Kalamazoo Metro and Steve Clapp from The Rapid.

The group will meet next on Thursday, December 4 at 1:00pm - with both in-person and Zoom options available for the meeting, hosted by MTA Flint. An optional tour of MTA's maintenance, fuel, and training facilities will follow starting at 2:00pm.

• 1:00 - 2:00pm - Maintenance Committee meeting (hybrid: in-person and remote participation available)
• 2:00 - 3:00pm - Optional tour of MTA Flint maintenance, fuel, and training facilities
