Are you organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about public service? The Isabella County Transportation Commission (ICTC) is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to help manage daily transit operations and support our drivers and dispatch team.

What You'll Do:

· Dispatch vehicles using radio or mobile data terminals

· Coordinate and oversee daily operations and driver schedules

· Respond to customer calls, service concerns, and emergencies

· Assist with reports, recordkeeping, and compliance monitoring

· Step in as a driver when needed

What We're Looking For:

· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

· Valid Michigan CDL with P endorsement (or ability to obtain)

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of Isabella County roads and traffic regulations

· Proficient with computers and dispatch software

Requirements:

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

· Subject to random drug testing and driving record checks

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist passengers

· Must be available for varied work schedules
