Twin Cities Area Transportation Authority (TCATA) is requesting Accounting Services proposals from qualified individuals or firms. The services provided through this contract will assist TCATA to perform full charge bookkeeping, including preparing for and participating in an annual audit. If requested, services also may include training financial management staff, adapting and strengthening internal controls, and financial system updates. Proposals must be clearly marked “Accounting Services Proposal” and delivered via email to Procurement Manager Mark Epps at mepps@tcatabus.org by July 28, 2025 no later than 5pm Est. Proposals received after the submittal deadline will not be considered.
